A)In the OSCall software detail page (as shown below),click lnstall ,then Confirm to begin installation (On first installation, there will be a pop up, it is recommended for users to choose Complete Upgrade). When the installation is complete,the message Reboot Device will appear,click on it to finish the installation process and restart the iTouch.The OSCall client iconshould now appear in the main screen
